Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group in Duluth, MN is hiring Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role supports residents with disabilities or mental health challenges in four-bedroom homes, emphasizing empathy, patience, and respect as an advocate and trusted presence.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours, overnight shift (11 pm–7 am), and competitive wages from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrate positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration, documentation.
• Work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Administer basic first aid as needed.
• Socialize with residents and participate in activities with them.
