Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time asleep overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Village Green II adult foster care home in Mora, MN. You will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives in a supportive, person-centered setting.

No prior experience or certifications are required. The role includes nights (11:00pm-9:00am) with 30 hours/week and every other weekend; duties include medication administration, household

Qualifications

• No prior experience or certifications required.
• Must pass post-offer background check.
• Valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness in daily activities and personal care.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support with household tasks and community activities.
• Develop meaningful relationships within a person-centered culture.
• Schedule includes 4–8 hour shifts, 30 hours per week, every other weekend.
