Job summary

Harry Meyering Center in Mankato, MN is seeking an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered overnight care for individuals with disabilities. You will stay awake during your shift, help with personal care when needed, monitor safety, document activities, and support a calm, empowering night environment.

Typical schedule 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with every other weekend; full- and part-time paths offered with starting wages as shown.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check.
• Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
• Ability to do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

• Lend a hand with personal care tasks when required.
• Cheer people on as they pursue what matters to them.
• Help set the stage for a positive start to the day.
