Qualifications

• Must be female to meet the privacy and comfort needs of clients.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of residents overnight.
• Conduct hourly bed checks and monitor distress.
• Provide direct care and behavioral support to adults with IDD.
• Follow ISP and overnight support requirements, including medication administration.
• Complete accurate documentation: bed checks, logs, charts, and reports.
• Support overnight operations through cleaning, laundry, admin tasks and training.
