Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (Level K) for the Saudi AWACS team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role leads cross-functional teams, drives program performance with Earned Value and RIO management, and ensures delivery within scope, schedule and quality.

This 100% onsite position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Relocation may be offered based on eligibility; travel is infrequent, and the Shift is 1st.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• Experience leading projects or programs utilizing Earned Value management and RIO management to drive program performance
• 3+ years of leadership experience in Program Management on a large program effort
• Minimum one year of leadership experience OR completion of Boeing internal leadership course

Responsibilities

• Manages employees that develop projects and program plans across functional areas and executes all project phases.
• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
