• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10 years of leadership experience within Workers Compensation Claims.
• Deep expertise in workers' compensation claim handling, reserving, litigation management, and complex claim resolution.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of achieving operational excellence and business results.

• Drive strategic initiatives that improve claim quality, consistency, operational effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute claim management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Provide expert technical guidance on complex workers' compensation claims and emerging claim trends.
• Maintain shared accountability for inventory management, reserving, litigation management, and cost-effective claim resolution.
• Serve as the Workers' Compensation Claims liaison to the Quality Assurance program.
• Support national technical training initiatives.

What You'll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, SCLA, or equivalent.
