HireGrowth, LLC seeks an experienced AVP Underwriter to lead underwriting of large account construction casualty business. The role combines technical expertise with strategic sales and relationship management to drive profitable growth and client success.

The position requires 4+ years in underwriting construction segments, strong knowledge of GL, WC, and Auto, and a track record in loss-sensitive casualty. The Western broker network is a key asset for success.

• 4+ years of underwriting construction industry segments ideal.
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required.
• Expertise in loss sensitive casualty business required.

Assistant Vice President Underwriter Construction Casualty Large Accounts

We are seeking an experienced AVP Underwriter to underwrite large account construction casualty business. This role blends technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss sensitive construction business
• Underwrite W/C, General Liability and Auto coverage

• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the local assigned territory
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development
