HireGrowth, LLC is seeking an AVP Underwriter to underwrite large account construction casualty business in the Northeast. This role blends technical underwriting expertise with relationship management and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth in large accounts.

You will evaluate submissions, price and terms, and work with retail brokers to develop tailored loss-sensitive programs for construction risks and complex exposures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting in construction industry segments.
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, Workers' Comp, and Auto coverages.
• Expertise in loss-sensitive casualty business.
• Retail brokerage network base in the Northeast ideal.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss sensitive construction business.
• Underwrite GL, WC, and Auto coverage.
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the Northeast territory.
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development.

AVP Underwriter Construction Casualty Large Accounts

We are seeking an experienced AVP Underwriter to underwrite large account construction casualty business. This role blends technical expertise, relationship management, and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss sensitive construction business
• Underwrite W/C, General Liability and Auto coverage
• General Contractors, Specialty Trades, Heavy Construction, etc.,.
• Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the local assigned territory
• Drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development

Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting construction industry segments ideal
