HireGrowth, LLC in the Northeast is seeking an experienced AVP Underwriter to underwrite large account construction casualty business. This role blends technical underwriting expertise with relationship management and strategic sales execution to drive profitable growth and client success.

You will evaluate submissions, structure tailored loss-sensitive construction programs, underwrite General Liability, Workers' Compensation and Auto coverage, and build a robust retail broker network in the

Qualificações

4+ years of underwriting construction industry segments ideal.
Strong knowledge of General Liability, W/C, and Auto coverages required.
Expertise in loss sensitive casualty business required.
Retail brokerage network base in the Northeast territory ideal.

Responsabilidades

Evaluate new and renewal submissions, identifying exposures and structuring tailored loss sensitive construction business.
Underwrite W/C, General Liability and Auto coverage.
General Contractors, Specialty Trades, Heavy Construction, etc.,.
Analyze risk, pricing, and coverage terms; develop and present competitive proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers in the local assigned territory and drive new business through strategic positioning and pipeline development.
