Barclays in Whippany, NJ seeks a Digital Transformation and Solution Architecture - VP to drive architectural strategy behind cloud modernization, delivering scalable, secure solutions that accelerate the bank's digital journey.

You will influence executives, oversee large migration programs, define long-term strategy, and apply CI/CD, IaC, and platform engineering to accelerate secure modernization while aligning with risk and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud modernization programs.
• Ability to influence executives and drive consensus.
• Strong background in AWS and secure cloud architectures.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support to align product roadmap with technical delivery.
• Develop and communicate product strategy and vision to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features based on value and feasibility.
• Develop assessments for continuous testing and performance improvements.
• Monitor product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry tech trends to improve delivery.
