Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of industry experience in Suitability and Broker-Dealer Operations.
• Current/active FINRA Series 7, 24, and 53; Series 63/65/66 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategic planning for enterprise and functional group.
• Develop direct reports and foster career growth and engagement.
• Oversee ESI Suitability Review unit and ensure compliance with Written Supervisory Procedures.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Distribution, Compliance, Legal, Technology and more.
• Direct amendment and creation of ESI forms for new business and ongoing transactions.
