LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Structured Investments in Fort Mill, SC. You will support development, management, and oversight of the firm’s structured investment initiatives and help drive product strategy while coordinating across investments, distribution, operations, and compliance teams.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities and 5-8+ years in related financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5-8+ years of experience in structured investment products, asset management, investment research, or related financial services roles.

Responsibilities

Support new product development and enhancements to existing structured investment solutions.
Conduct market, competitive, and product analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
Lead and coordinate product-related initiatives across investments, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
Monitor product performance, asset flows, and industry trends.
Prepare presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership and governance committees.
Serve as a subject matter expert for structured investment products and support internal stakeholders and distribution teams.
