Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Structured Investments in New York to drive product strategy and lifecycle management of investment solutions. You will conduct market and competitive analyses, lead cross-functional initiatives across investments, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, and technology, and prepare leadership-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Support development and enhancements to structured investment solutions.
Conduct market, competitive, and product analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across investments, distribution, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
Monitor product performance, asset flows, and industry trends.
Prepare presentations, business cases, and recommendations for leadership and governance committees.
Serve as a subject matter expert for structured investment products and support internal stakeholders and distribution teams.
