Qualifications

• Experience in structured finance credit analysis across RMBS, consumer ABS and related asset classes.
• Strong financial modeling and cash-flow stress-testing for transactions.
• Understanding of credit, structural, legal and operational risks in structured finance.
• Ability to lead rating committee discussions and defend conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for research and reports.
• Stakeholder engagement with arrangers, issuers, investors, trustees and counsel.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI concepts and using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyst for structured finance transactions, assessing risk across credit, structural, operational and legal aspects.
• Analyze transaction performance, collateral, and features to form rating recommendations.
• Model cash flows and review docs to assess stress scenarios.
• Lead rating committees and present analyses of structures and risks.
• Communicate with arrangers, issuers, investors, trustees, servicers, and external advisors.
• Represent the team in reviews, issuer meetings and investor forums.
• Produce publishable research including reports, market commentary and trend analyses.
• Monitor ratings and identify emerging risks and trends across sectors.
• Participate in projects to improve analytical frameworks and efficiency.
