Job summary

EXL Service is hiring for a senior presales/solution architecture role focused on L&A insurance and TPA domains. The position entails leading complex RFI/RFP responses, architecting TPA and L&A solutions, and governing multi-million-dollar estimation processes.

The candidate will act as the primary client-facing solution authority during orals, discovery sessions, and executive briefings, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and SME teams to ensure proposals showcase EXL's capabilities

• Proven track record in presales solutioning, estimation discipline, and executive storytelling.
