Responsibilities

Maintain and develop loan and credit files, prepare loan documents.
Provide clerical and customer service support to the bank lobby.
Process new and renewal documents, and renewals on real estate files.
Prepare appraisal cost plans and loan setup sheets.
Process loan documents from approval to closing.
Order title commitments, appraisals, and credit reports.
Comply with applicable laws and maintain confidentiality.
