Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AVP, Scrum Master to provide program management support to application development teams in a fast-paced environment. You will drive agile ceremonies, coordinate release planning, and ensure transparency from team to RTE while maintaining reliable reporting metrics.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration across Development, EA, QA, Release Management, and Infrastructure teams, with a focus on delivering value through Lean-Agile leadership and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing the development team's project and maintenance activities from initiation to production support.
• 4+ years collaborating with Development, EA, QA, Release Mgmt and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical requirements.
• 4+ years of written and verbal communication to diverse audiences across project lifecycle.
• 4+ years managing Project and Software Development Life Cycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 4+ years working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and drives the team through agile ceremonies and Lean-Agile leadership.
• Release Planning and Execution – manage releases to production and coordinate change tickets.
• Ensure agreement and transparency across team up to the RTE.
• Maintain accurate JIRA updates per Iteration and Agile cadence.
• Assess capacity vs load and plan for holidays and vacations.
• Perform PI planning prep and execution for the team, and report on progress against objectives.
