Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 8–12 years of experience in risk management or related field.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Experience with risk financing, insurance, and loss control.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the risk management team.
• Partners with broker to oversee insurance portfolio procurement and administration.
• Directs loss control and analyzes incident data.
• Develops departmental budget and Total Cost of Risk reporting.
• Evaluates effectiveness of risk management activities.
• Develops risk-related policies and procedures.
• Provides risk management consultation for issues and cases.
• Tracks and presents risk results and recommendations.
