Job summary

Health Business Solutions (HBiz) seeks an AVP of Revenue Cycle Operations to lead the execution and performance of service lines across multiple markets, translating enterprise strategy into high-quality delivery.

You will own day-to-day operational execution, client performance, and risk management while ensuring scalability, margin discipline, and client satisfaction. This role also involves mentoring Directors and Senior Managers and driving continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing multi-market or large-scale revenue cycle programs.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for assigned revenue cycle service lines or large multi-market engagements.
• Ensure consistent execution of revenue cycle workflows across markets, teams, and client environments.
• Own service line or program performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
• Identify operational risks and lead timely mitigation and resolution efforts.
