Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and leadership experience in research administration or higher education is expected.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for the VPRED's research administration portfolio.
• Coordinate governance, communication, and accountability across SPA, ORRC, RFHR, Academic Affairs, and stakeholders.
• Lead organizational design, resource planning, and risk management for the research enterprise.
