Qualifications

• Exposure to reinsurance and/or actuarial background is required.
• At least five (5+) years in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Experience with life and annuity product features is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial impact of changes in reinsurance coverage and retention.
• Oversight of work effort performed by the reinsurance TPA and internal modeling team.
• Organize and present to internal committees and senior management ongoing program performance.
