• Develop objectives and strategies to meet budgeted results and drive growth.
• Build and leverage agency/client relationships with high visibility among agents and clients.
• Plan and execute travel to develop producer and account relationships; prepare submissions for credit approval.
• Communicate the Company’s mission and objectives clearly in meetings with professionalism and empathy.
