Job summary

Antares Capital LP is looking for an Assistant Vice President to lead the Reconciliation team in Chicago. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of investment data across various stakeholders, requiring over 10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reconciliation, loan operations, fund operations, or related financial services function.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing issue resolution in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of operational controls and reconciliation best practices within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and month-end reconciliation activities for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and develop a team of reconciliation professionals.
• Investigate and drive resolution of breaks and exceptions.
• Monitor key control measures and exception management routines.
