Job summary

Antares Capital LP. is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Reconciliation to oversee and improve cash and operational data reconciliation. This role requires at least 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

The successful candidate will lead a team, drive timely issue resolution, and communicate key metrics to upper management. Knowledge of syndicated loans and private credit operations is essential. A hybrid work model is available within the Chicago office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in reconciliation or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of operational controls and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day reconciliation activities across cash and operational data.
• Manage reconciliation professionals and drive issue resolution.
• Prepare and communicate reconciliation metrics to stakeholders.
