Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to lead a team and drive the success of our multifamily properties. You will partner with the Regional Manager to develop budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and capital plans, while ensuring exceptional resident service.

You will hire, train and motivate staff, monitor financial performance, interpret financial statements, and communicate clearly with residents and stakeholders in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Crucial ability to think critically and analytically when setting goals and reporting results.
• Comfort with computer software and applying financial/operational knowledge to solve issues.
• Understanding of budget and financial statements.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated leadership through actions and influence.
• Sense of humor and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Regional Manager to complete annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans and capital plans.
• Drives financial performance of the property by understanding how operations impact financial results and reporting accordingly.
• Hire, train, develop, motivate, supervise and evaluate all staff.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and other media; address concerns and service requests.
• Engage in promotional/social/content marketing as part of the property’s external presence.
