Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related field.
• MBA or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive product management, strategic planning, or financial services experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in credit unions, banks, financial institutions, or fintech preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals and member needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including assessment, planning, implementation, enhancement, and retirement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Recommend new products, pricing structures, and enhancements to improve value and performance.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting long-term initiatives.
• Oversee consumer deposit, lending, payment, digital banking, and related product portfolios.
