Kepler seeks an Associate Vice President of Product Management to lead the development of the Kip platform, combining traditional product methods with AI-powered solutions. This role emphasizes stakeholder alignment, strong communication, and delivering measurable impact across the organization.

The position is a NYC or Philadelphia-based hybrid role with in-office Tuesday–Thursday and remote options Monday and Friday, designed to support collaboration across teams while enabling flexible work

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with shipping impactful products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior leadership to understand needs and gain buy-in.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives.
• Oversee all stages of product development lifecycle for your suite.
• Transform business problems into AI prompts and workflows for stakeholders.
• Create presentations, demos, and training materials to drive adoption.
• Partner with engineering to ensure solutions address business needs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer in product development.
• Identify and remove barriers to adoption through communication and relationships.
• Develop strategies to highlight product wins and success stories.
