Los Angeles Federal Credit Union seeks an AVP, Product Management in Glendale, CA to lead the strategy and lifecycle of consumer products and services. You will drive competitiveness, member experience, growth, and profitability across deposit, lending, payments, and digital banking.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Retail, IT, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet member needs and business goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years in progressive product management, strategic planning, project management, or financial services.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience within a credit union, bank, financial institution, or fintech is strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Experience managing consumer financial products, digital banking, payments, or lending products.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products and services.
• Knowledge of consumer banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple business units and executives.
• Experience using data analytics to support business decisions.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI/reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with goals and member needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from assessment to retirement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Recommend new products, services, pricing, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for long-term initiatives.
• Oversee consumer deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking portfolios.
• Monitor product performance metrics and member adoption.
• Lead enterprise-wide product initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Prepare business cases, project plans, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks, resources, and timelines.
