Ares Management Corporation is seeking an Associate Vice President to join the Secondaries Valuation team within F&A Operations. The role focuses on monthly and quarterly valuations for private equity secondary funds, including a publicly traded Regulated Investment Company ("RIC").

The candidate will lead valuation workstreams, analyze portfolio and fund-level performance, and maintain audit-ready support for conclusions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• CPA/CFA or progress toward designation preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant private markets valuation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and report monthly and quarterly valuations for private equity secondaries.
• Lead valuation workstreams from data collection to final reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support for valuation conclusions.
• Communicate valuation results clearly to senior stakeholders and teams.
