Responsibilities

• Identify prospects for the Preferred Services Program and manage the selected members' credit union accounts.
• Provide an extraordinary level of urgency to client needs and ensure banking items are completed by Interra team members.
• Schedule bi-annual meetings with members to advise on financial needs, explain available services, and discuss investment options and risks.
• Closely monitor member accounts to ensure they meet goals and financial plans, understanding client income and spending.
• Provide day-to-day training and support to team members and offer insights from data analysis to address recurring issues.
• Coordinate the entire credit approval process for select members with treasury services, commercial and wealth management teams.
• Complete required credit union courses to satisfy training requirements.
