Job summary

A leading specialty risk underwriting organization is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Program Manager – Portfolio Solutions to join their team. This role will support underwriting strategies and manage portfolios with Program Managers. Applicants should have over 7 years of program/underwriting management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from $170,000 to $190,000, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 7 plus years of experience in program/underwriting management.
• Experience with Casualty or Property required.
• Ability to travel on business as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support PSG by identifying target specialty classes of business.
• Negotiate and maintain all Program Management Agreements per Ascot standards.
• Conduct regular audits with portfolio partners.
