The position offers a hybrid work model with relocation assistance and a base salary range of $230,000–$255,000, plus incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in portfolio management, PMO leadership, or large-scale transformation.
• Proven ability translating strategy into executable delivery roadmaps and governance structures.
• Strong executive communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership across business and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMD's portfolio and PPMO function to align investments with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Provide portfolio insights, risk transparency, and executive-level reporting to senior leaders.
• Oversee complex, multiyear transformation programs supporting underwriting, operations, and distribution capabilities.
• Build high-performing teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
