Job summary

Ascot Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Program Manager for Portfolio Solutions in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. This role involves supporting underwriting strategies and managing P&L outcomes within the Portfolio Solutions Group. The successful candidate will work with Program Managers to develop and manage a balanced portfolio, fostering growth and operational excellence.

This position requires a strong background in underwriting and portfolio management, along with superior communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or underwriting management.
• 3–5 years of Property underwriting experience required.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting strategies and P&L outcomes for the Portfolio Solutions Group.
• Identify target specialty classes of business that complement operations.
• Participate in due diligence process for new programs.
