Qualifications

• MBA required
• 8+ operational or IT experience preferred
• PMO or Project Management–certified professional advantageous

• Business and Operational Translator - translate workflows and client requirements into priorities and roadmaps for IT teams.
• Strong PMO and Delivery Leadership - manage complex programs with dependencies, governance, and timelines.
• Technology Enablement Mindset - partner with IT to shape execution plans and ensure scalable solutions.
• Client centric Execution Focus - lead programs aligning with sophisticated client operating models and reputational considerations.
