The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, staffing, technology adoption (EPIC and pharmacy software), and compliance, delivering measurable results and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in health/pharmacy administration.
• Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead system-wide pharmacy initiatives and improve outcomes.
