Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking an AVP of Pharmacy Operations to lead system-wide initiatives across clinical and non-clinical pharmacy services. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align strategic goals with patient care improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hospital, Business or Public Administration, Health Care Planning or related discipline.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in health/medical service administration or related fields; or bachelor's with six (6) years of experience; equivalent combination allowed.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic initiatives across the Health System for clinical and non-clinical pharmacy operations.
• Lead safety-focused medication management and improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for pharmacy services.
• Drive operational excellence by redesigning workflows and implementing best practices across departments.
