Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, seeks an AVP, P&C Strategic Execution to partner with the CHRO and P&C leadership. You will drive execution discipline, translate priorities into plans, and provide governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across centers of excellence.

This role requires 6+ years in strategy or operations, global experience, governance expertise, and comfort with data analytics and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or HR-related roles.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and executive reporting for complex programs.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite executives, preferably CHRO, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership direction into clear execution plans with milestones and owners.
• Maintain centralized governance and reporting across initiatives with regular reviews and actions.
• Coordinate across Centers of Excellence and business partners to ensure alignment and accountability.
