Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial insurance experience with focus on Property & Casualty.
• Broad knowledge of commercial P&C products, coverage, and risk management.
• Management, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong technical knowledge for complex insurance matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active P&C insurance license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide department leadership and supervise Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Coach and mentor staff to strengthen technical expertise and client service.
• Guide on complex coverage, risk, and contractual issues with escalated matters.
• Partner with VP on carrier/vendor relationships and process improvements.
• Support growth initiatives, workflow improvements, and service standards.
