Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks an AVP, P&C Strategic Execution to drive execution discipline across People & Culture. You will integrate strategic advisory, governance, and performance visibility, coordinating with CHRO and senior leaders to translate direction into clear plans and robust operating cadence.

You will lead cross-functional alignment, monitor risks, and provide real-time dashboards and insights to inform decisions and budgets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, transformation, or HR-related roles, with senior level experience in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate key People & Culture priorities into structured plans with milestones and owners.
• Maintain a centralized view of all major initiatives and a multi-year strategic roadmap.
• Track progress, identify risks, dependencies, and surface actions for leadership.
• Partner with the CHRO to develop executive materials, recommendations and business cases.
• Design governance and reporting framework across initiatives and coordinate leadership inputs.
