Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, product innovation, or technology-enabled transformation within financial services or related roles.
• Experience moving initiatives from strategy through launch, with business cases, roadmaps and alignment.
• Experience structuring strategic partnerships or platform integrations with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite and senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
• Knowledge of wealth management, banking, retirement, digital distribution or advisor platforms.
• Fluency using AI to improve analysis, decision-making and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority strategic growth and innovation initiatives from thesis to launch, aligning with executives and milestones.
• Drive and support complex strategic partnerships with distributors and technology providers.
• Develop and oversee integrated roadmaps for technology and business capabilities to support growth.
• Implement and evolve the operating model connecting strategic initiatives with product, distribution, tech and operations.
• Establish governance, decision rights, and accountability across teams.
• Maximize enterprise value of innovation capabilities by connecting them to broader business priorities across channels.
