Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in transformation, modernization, strategy, product management, operations or consulting.
• Ownership of a modernization portfolio crossing multiple functions or business units.
• Proven success influencing senior business and technology executives.
• Experience leading and developing teams of product owners or managers.
• Strong blend of strategy and execution with measurable business outcomes.
• Track record of simplifying complex processes and driving adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive priorities with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end modernization portfolio delivery across underwriting, product, operations and technology.
• Modernize underwriting workflows and platforms; improve underwriter and agent experience.
• Identify and remove handoffs and low-value controls through process simplification.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and some automation in underwriting and operations.
• Define multi-year modernization roadmap and refresh it as priorities change.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align competing priorities with clear tradeoffs.
• Lead and develop a team of product owners and managers; foster accountability and collaboration.
