Responsibilities

• Assist COO in directing and coordinating member service activities across branches.
• Manage delivery of services through Branch Managers, Supervisors, and staff to meet goals.
• Participate in business development as a Management Team member.
• Ensure compliance with credit union procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Act as project manager for member-service related projects and new programs.
• Resolve issues escalated from branches and assist members and guests.
