Job summary

Confidential is seeking a founding Associate Vice President, Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning to establish the organization’s first evidence and learning function. This role will design the approach, operating model, and culture to improve impact and accountability across the organization.

The AVP will lead the creation of measurement frameworks, build the team, and implement processes to collect and analyze data. It will translate insights into strategic decisions and ongoing improvement.
