Morningstar is seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation & Analytics leader for the Credit Marketing & Communications team in New York. The AVP will own platforms, data and reporting frameworks to drive marketing automation, audience segmentation, and data management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing automation architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Pardot, HubSpot or related platforms with Salesforce integration.
• Strong lead management, routing, and scoring knowledge.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Define martech vision, strategy, and roadmap for global Credit business.
• Own end-to-end management of marketing tech platforms, governance, and admin support.
• Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation programs and lifecycle frameworks.
• Maintain marketing data architecture, taxonomy, and platform integrations.
• Develop centralized dashboards and KPIs; translate data into actionable insights.
