Job summary
Morningstar is seeking a seasoned marketing automation and analytics professional to join the Credit Marketing & Communications team in New York as an Assistant Vice President. You will own platforms, data, and reporting frameworks, driving automation, segmentation, reporting, and data management to improve marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pardot, HubSpot, and martech platforms, plus strong project management and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years in marketing automation architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in Pardot, HubSpot administration and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong lead management, routing, and scoring knowledge.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
Responsibilities
- Define martech vision and roadmap for global Credit business.
- Manage marketing technology platforms end-to-end and govern access and integrations.
- Design and optimize marketing automation programs, lead scoring, and audience journeys.
- Develop centralized dashboards and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain data architecture, governance, and privacy compliance.
- Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
