UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Infusion Services to lead strategy, governance, and clinical operations across infusion sites and advanced therapies. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and institutional leaders to optimize access, quality, and financial performance.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years of complex healthcare operations experience with infusion services and multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a closely related field.
• Experience: 10+ years in complex healthcare operations with infusion services leadership across multiple sites.
• Licenses and Certifications: Current unrestricted RN, RPH, or related licensure in Texas within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a multi-year enterprise infusion strategy aligned with institutional priorities.
• Creates a unified governance model for infusion services across locations and modalities.
• Uses demand and capacity analytics to improve time to treatment and patient flow.
• Leads readiness for new locations, services, partnerships, and technology implementations.
• Oversees quality and safety with compliance to regulatory standards across sites.
• Partners with pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and access teams to ensure readiness of medications and staffing.

Education

Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Pharmacy, or a closely related field.

Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
