Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston, MA is seeking an AVP for Global Treasury Audit to lead and execute complex audits within liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and asset-liability management. You will manage audit teams through planning, testing and reporting while ensuring evidence-based conclusions for senior management and regulators.

The role requires strong auditing capabilities, quick adaptation to a fast-paced environment, and deep treasury risk knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, Global Treasury, public accounting, or risk management.
• Experience leading significant workstreams and audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audits across Global Treasury from planning to final reporting.
• Direct audit teams, establish expectations, monitor delivery, review workpapers and coach team members.
• Plan and perform controls testing, evaluate operating effectiveness and evidence quality.
• Communicate testing status and risks to audit management with solutions and data-driven analysis.
