Job summary

State Street is seeking an Financial Risk Audit Manager, Vice President to lead assurance coverage over financial risks. You will report to the Corporate Audit Managing Director for Enterprise Risk Management and help plan, scope and execute audits across market, credit, interest rate risk and liquidity.

This role is hybrid with in-office days and requires strong leadership, regulatory insight and ability to manage global audit engagements with regulators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related functions within financial services.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Financial Risks, including Market, Credit, Interest Rate Risk or Liquidity; Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced degree (CFA, FRM, CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based global financial risk audit plan.
• Review and approve audit work products; ensure coverage and escalation of issues.
• Draft and communicate audit findings and reports to senior management.
• Ensure engagements align with internal standards and performance metrics.
• Prepare periodic management reports for executives and governance bodies.
• Collaborate with risk committees and management working groups.
