Job summary

KKR is seeking a collaborative, strategic Travel Program leader to evolve our Global Travel program from Houston. You will work closely with the Global Head of Travel to ensure service excellence, drive efficiencies, and manage relationships with travel providers including TMCs, airlines, and hotels.

You will lead initiatives to improve policies, governance, and cost containment while collaborating with Finance and Procurement across time zones in a high-demand corporate function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 8–10 years in corporate travel, procurement, or vendor management.
• Proficiency with travel platforms and Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience managing third-party travel suppliers and performance.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as right hand to the Global Head of Travel in day-to-day program execution.
• Support strategic initiatives to improve service levels, compliance, and cost savings.
• Maintain alignment between travel policy, values, and business objectives.
• Monitor vendor SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery, and ensure performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to track savings and budget compliance.
