Qualifications

• Ten or more years of senior F&B leadership experience in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage costs, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for fleetwide front-of-house F&B operations across ships and shoreside support functions.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Sr. Directors and talent pipeline.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and SVP to deliver strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts.
